01/06/17: The 2017 Superleague tables are now taking shape, with all teams having played at least two matches and three of the five regular season weeks completed.
The Westway-based Coach & Horses team are leading the way in Group A after a crushing 6-0 win in Week 3 against the Jesters A, with the quartet of Julian Black, Guy Chapman, Tim Thurnham and Will Gibbons seeing off the challenge of Ant Theodossi, Alex Rattan, Ronald Pattison and Simon Warren-Thomas. They finish their league matches with a titanic battle this week against second placed Aston House Thoroughbreds, while the Jesters A lick their wounds in preparation for a final week match against the EFA to confirm their play-off place. The EFA side currently have some work to do after a third second successive defeat this week, this time at the hands of a strong NotOS side, who will also be pushing hard for a high final placing.
Group B is currently headed by Highgate's \"Lethal Bizzle\" outfit, who scrapped hard for a 3-3 draw in Week 3's most thrilling match against the Lancing Lionhearts. The Lionhearts are fighting hard in mid-table with the Westway Wonders and Jesters B, while Ralph Morgan's Exiles have two more matches to get on the scoreboard and in the mix for the play-off places.
