The Studs have the early lead in Conference A after Week 1, with Fivercide yet to start. The Desperados already look strong favourites for Conference B, but the Wildcats take pride of place for now by virtue of being the only team to have paid their entry fee!
Lia Redmond is top cat in the race for individual honours. Two strong performances this week for the Westway franchise leave her with a 43-point advantage over the chasing pack. With reigning “Hand” Seb Cooley confined to barracks, the race for the Golden Glove (most shots in the hole in open play) is led by Desperado duo Ali Leighton and Jeremy O’Neill, and Studs Robert Wilson and Jeremy Hindle.
