05/03/19: Former EFA Chairman and President Richard Barber played his final game of Fives at Ludgrove at the weekend before hanging up his gloves for good.

Richard played his first ever game of Fives 70 years ago aged 7 on the exact same Ludgrove court and has decided to go out on a high after a 12-7, 13-12, 12-6 victory alongside Mike Hughes for the Old Salopians against the Jesters. Richard modestly describes his main contribution to his final match as being his excellent choice of partner and has decided to quit while he is ahead. Bravo!
