The RFA has now made available online the provisional schedule for its tournaments in the 2012/13 season. These run from the South West Open in Devon next month to the Winchester Fives Mixed Doubles in May 2013.
At this stage, it must be stressed that this list is provisional, and the final list will be published – along with details of the RFA Club matches – in the forthcoming Pocket Book, as well as here online. If anyone wants further details of tournaments now, we suggest they contact the organisers directly.
At the same time, we call on team managers to take note of the date of the first team competition of the season: the Owers Trophy for Old Boys' teams on the last weekend of September. More than that, they are encouraged to start raising a team for the four-a-side competition.
