2012 Marsh N/national Schools' Championships
The 2012 Marsh Insurance N/national Schools' Championships took place at Eton last week with over 450 pairs taking part in a memorable week's Fives. Shrewsbury had an excellent week, providing both pairs for the Open final for the first time ever.
Eton celebrated success at Under 16 level and Highgate were the dominant force in the younger age groups and in the girls events. The new name in the mix this year were Ipswich School, who had never previously got a pair into a final at any level at the Championships, but who produced pairs who won the Under 15 boys and reached the final of the Under 14 boys.
