Below are the latest EFA N/national Rankings, correct as of 26/11/21. The rankings will be updated after each of the major individual competitions during the 2021/22 season (London, Northern, Kinnaird) and will be used to seed those events.
The method for calculating the rankings has changed since the start of the 2019/20 season. Results from the three main tournaments are still used, but now cover the last seven years with a decay factor included so that the more recent the result, the more significant it is. A full explanation of how the rankings are worked out, along with the protocols explaining how the rankings are used to seed tournaments, can be obtained from Mark Williams.
